At AdMagica.ai, our mission is to help eCommerce brands and agencies build creative systems powered by AI employees that work faster, smarter, and more efficiently than traditional teams.
Backed by 500 Global Eurasia, we are growing fast and looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer to build the systems our AI employees actually run on.
This is not a role where you wire up CRUD endpoints and wait for a spec.
You will design and ship agent systems, generation pipelines, and the infrastructure that keeps them fast and reliable in production.
About the RoleAs a Mid-Level Software Engineer, you will work across our backend and AI systems: the generation core every job runs through, the agent layer, and the integrations that connect them to Meta, Shopify, and the rest of our customers' stacks.
You will own features end to end — design, implementation, tests, deploy, and what happens after.
You will use Claude Code and similar AI-first tooling every day, because that is how we ship at this pace.
We are looking for someone with real production experience who wants more ownership than a larger company would hand them.
