Job Description: Skills Required: Minimum Experience as a Senior Platform Engineer including a solid understanding of software engineering principles and their application.Experience of Scripting and pipeline automation (e.g. Jenkins and GitHub Actions). - Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS) and containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.Essential Experience of working closely with development and infrastructure teams to quickly understand requirements and implement solutions.Adept at leveraging automation to improve development processes and optimise software delivery.Ability to cooperate closely with both engineers and product teams — including designers, product managers, and analysts.Hands on CloudFormation scripting, troubleshooting and debugging - Working knowledge of Chef, scripting and troubleshooting - Experience with Python scripting and troubleshooting - Experience with Jenkins pipelines (multibranch), deployments, groovy scriptingExperience with Linux commands and knowledge of troubleshooting web servicesExperience with AWS services – EC2, NLB, API Gateway, ASG, etc.
