Senior Full Stack Developer Build what matters. Shape what comes next. To facilitate this; we're building the technology that will power the next generation of education and care, and we need a Senior Full Stack Developer to help lead the way. This is not a maintenance role. It is about designing, building and scaling modern applications that make a real difference to how we operate and support our employees and our learners. The role Working across our technology teams, you will take ownership of full stack development from concept through to deployment. You will design and build high-quality applications, shape technical decisions and ensure everything we create is secure, scalable and built to last. Alongside this, you will play a key role in strengthening our engineering capability by supporting and mentoring others. What you will focus on Designing and building modern full stack applicationsDeveloping robust APIs, services and data modelsEmbedding quality through testing, code standards and CI/CD pipelinesEnsuring performance, security and scalability from day oneLeading technical decisions and influencing architectureMonitoring live systems and driving continuous improvementSupporting and developing other engineers What we are looking for You will be an experienced developer with a strong track record of delivering production systems and solving complex technical challenges.
