To strengthen our development team, we are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer (m/f/d) with a strong frontend focus. Your Role As a full-stack software engineer at resmio, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our modern web-based platform. Your primary focus will be frontend development, while you will also work on backend services and APIs when required. The role is approximately 70% frontend and 30% backend development. You will work across the entire development lifecycle—from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance—and collaborate closely with our engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders. Your Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and JavaScriptBuild reusable, maintainable, and well-structured UI componentsImplement responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfacesIntegrate frontend applications with backend APIs and servicesDevelop and maintain backend functionality when requiredContribute to architectural and technical discussions and decisionsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested codeTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the frontend and backendReview code and contribute to maintaining high engineering standardsWork closely with Product and Engineering to translate business requirements into practical technical solutionsContinuously improve the performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability of our applicationsImprove existing functionality and contribute to the development of new product features What You Bring Several years of professional software development experience, ideally in Full-Stack Web DevelopmentStrong professional experience with JavaScript and TypeScriptSolid professional experience with ReactExperience with Vue.jsGood understanding of modern frontend architectures and development practicesExperience working with REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend servicesStrong understanding of software engineering principles, clean code, and maintainable architectureExperience with Git and modern software development workflowsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks, projects, and featuresStrong focus on quality, maintainability, and attention to detailConfidence working with an existing codebase as well as developing new functionality from scratchAbility to understand complex requirements and turn them into practical technical solutionsGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within an international engineering teamWillingness to learn new technologies and contribute beyond a single technical area Nice to Have Experience with or familiarity with Python and DjangoExperience with PostgreSQL or other relational databasesExperience with automated testing and CI/CDFamiliarity with Docker and cloud-based environmentsExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development environmentUnderstanding of application performance optimization Our Technology Stack Frontend: JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue.js Backend: Python, Django Database: PostgreSQL Infrastructure & Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD, cloud-based services Important Requirements This position is intended for experienced software engineering professionals.
