Role Description The SAP Developer will design, develop, and maintain SAP-based applications and integrations that support business processes and client requirements.
Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing functional needs, implementing and customizing SAP solutions, writing and testing code, and troubleshooting technical issues.
The role involves collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions, as well as preparing technical documentation and ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Amman, Jordan, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time.
Qualifications
Ability to understand and translate Business Process requirements into effective SAP solutions.Strong Software Development and Programming skills, preferably in languages and frameworks commonly used with SAP (e.g., ABAP, SAPUI5, Java, or similar).Experience with Integration of SAP systems with internal and external applications and services.Hands-on experience with SAP Products (such as SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, or related modules).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Solid problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a structured approach to debugging and optimization.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, multicultural teams.Experience in agile or iterative development environments is beneficial.Relevant SAP certifications or training are a plus.
