As our new Senior Backend Engineer you'll join one of our Money Core squads based in Aarhus, reporting to Girish Premchandran, Director of Technology - Core Banking, working to build out our domestic payments universe and power banking at Lunar. What will you do? Take ownership of critical banking domains, developing and maintaining the systems that keep our banking products running on a solid, reliable foundationIntegrate with external partners to extend and strengthen what our platform can doKeep our systems highly available and resilient, while looking for new ways to make the customer experience betterExplore how AI can enhance the banking experience for our customers, from first idea to productionShare what you know and help the people around you grow, while staying open to learning from them too What are we looking for in you? 4+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer, with a solid background in distributed systems and event-driven architectureA collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others succeedYou communicate clearly and work well within a diverse, cross-functional teamExperience with Golang is a big plus, though not a requirement — we'll help you get up to speedFinancial or trading experience is a bonus, not a must What you get 4 days in the office.
