What You Will Do Design and build high-throughput, event-driven architectures that serve as the heart of Capture's interaction with the electricity market.Develop and automate SupplyOS components, ranging from wholesale trading systems to customer-facing supplier platforms and complex data flows.Collaborate with engineers and operators to transform vague market definitions into simple, automated systems that manage real-world physical assets. The ideal candidate Has 3+ years of professional backend engineering experience with strong Python fundamentals and a track record of building production-grade systems.Demonstrates a founder-like mindset with the ability to digest complex technical specifications and turn uncertainty into clear, scalable code.Thrives in fast-paced environments, ideally bringing previous experience or interest in the energy industry and high-throughput architectures.
