About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled operator to join our new department at EWOR GmbH. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives within emerging domains such as B2B technology. As a key member of our team, you will have the autonomy to translate high-level strategic visions into actionable roadmaps, driving rapid development from prototypes to scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a builder mindset, with a proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership of projects and delivering results in fast-paced environments. Reporting directly to the department founder, you will collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders to build category-defining initiatives from the ground up. Qualifications Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocation/remote arrangements.Demonstrated experience in building and leading innovative projects or startups, particularly in B2B domains.Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of ownership and initiative.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Technical proficiency or domain expertise relevant to the initiatives being developed.Ability to translate strategic ideas into detailed execution plans and drive their implementation.
