We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to join SupplyAI. We’re building an AI-native platform for food wholesale, retail, and supply chain operations. Our product is already moving into real customer deployment, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help build the next stage with us. What we care about most: Ownership. Proactiveness. Responsiveness. Execution. We want someone who doesn’t wait to be chased for updates — someone who communicates progress proactively, raises blockers early, figures things out independently, and keeps work moving. You’ll work directly with the founding team across areas such as: • Full-stack product development • Backend systems, APIs, and databases • ERP and operational workflows • Data migration and integrations • AI-driven workflow automation We care much more about what you can build and how you work than titles or credentials. This is a full/part-time, equity-based role at our current pre-funding stage. Cash salary is not available initially. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely interested in building with us at the founding-team level and can commit consistent time every week.
