Our mission is to build advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI as core capabilities, delivering value across global markets.
We work in agile, interdisciplinary squads using cutting-edge cloud technologies to create real business impact.
Your responsibilities:
Design and operate cloud-native AI/data platforms on AWS (e.g.
S3, ECS, Lambda, SageMaker),Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, CDK) and CI/CD pipelines,Develop scalable systems for ML training, deployment, and serving,Implement backend services and data products using Python and Java,Collaborate with data scientists to develop AI solutions,Own the full lifecycle: architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and operations,Ensure observability, security, and compliance (monitoring, GDPR, IAM, OAuth2/JWT),Drive engineering best practices and mentor team members.
Our requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in cloud/platform engineering (AWS preferred),Proficiency in Python and Java,Strong experience with IaC and modern CI/CD,Experience in building scalable services with AWS (e.g.
ECS, Lambda, RDS, SageMaker) or other cloud solutions,Good understanding of MLOps and AI system lifecycle,Knowledge of cloud security and data protection (GDPR),Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skillsGood English and Polish communication skills,Nice to have: AWS certifications, experience with ML/data libraries
