Senior Mendix Developer

For a client in the banking sector, we are looking for a Senior Mendix Developer to help drive and mature their Mendix capability. You will support development teams, improve platform standards and contribute to secure, scalable, and reliable solutions. You will also play a key role in creating reusable components, launching new projects, and promoting best practices across teams. Your Job As a Senior Mendix Developer, you will: Design and develop scalable, maintainable Mendix applications.Challenge requirements and work with solution architects to identify better solutions.Develop and standardize reusable Mendix components to improve quality and efficiency.Explore new Mendix capabilities through prototypes and proofs of concept.Strengthen development standards, security, and long-term platform reliability.Support and guide development teams from a T-shaped perspective.Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Your Profile You bring: 5+ years of experience as a Mendix Developer.Strong Mendix development experience and knowledge of Java, including custom Java extensions.Experience developing and maintaining reusable components.A collaborative mindset and ability to stimulate others.A creative, solution-oriented approach and willingness to challenge the status quo.The ability to adapt to changing situations and sense the needs of others.A strong drive for continuous improvement.
