Their platform supports everything from small monitoring centres to large control rooms managing critical infrastructure like banks, hospitals, and government facilities.
As the business continues to grow, they’re looking for a Software Engineer to join their team.
This is a broad, hands-on engineering role working across a mix of C#/.NET, React, TypeScript, SQL Server and cloud infrastructure, with plenty of opportunity to get involved outside a narrow area of the stack.
The team is small, collaborative and fairly non-siloed.
They’re open on level from a strong junior through to mid-senior, and care more about technical fundamentals, problem-solving ability and learning speed than someone ticking every technology box.

Why Apply?
Meaningful work: Build software that supports critical monitoring and emergency response systemsBroad ownership: Work across backend, frontend, cloud and infrastructure rather than being boxed into one areaModern engineering practices: Join a team actively experimenting with AI-assisted developmentStrong team culture: Collaborative, social engineering team with a mix of experienced and newer engineersReal autonomy: Good ideas are encouraged, and engineers are trusted to take ownership and run with them
If you’re a strong problem-solver who enjoys working across different parts of a system and wants more ownership than you’d typically get in a larger engineering team, this is a great opportunity to work on software where reliability genuinely matters.
