The Enterprise Technology & Performance team is rapidly expanding and seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced individual to join the team as ServiceNow Developer, at the level of Consultant/Senior Consultant, in our Nicosia Office.

The Role
In this role, the successful candidate will:
Implement and maintain different ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations while working under the guidance of more senior team membersBridge the gap between business processes and platform capabilities, designing and configuring optimal solutions for complete digitalizationWork seamlessly within multi-functional teams, interacting with clients to understand their needs and build solutions that address themCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerInteract with clients on a regular basis through face-to-face meetings, video/teleconferences, and email to understand client's processes and business problemsEnsure the integrity of the solution i.e., is compliant with industry standards and regulations, the solution is secure, and that data privacy is maintainedReview user stories to understand requirements and technical architecture documentation for solutionDevelop high quality design and facilitation material/artefacts such as High-level architectures, low-level architecture, and workshop presentation materialConduct unit testing and end-to-end testing of the technical development and fix related defects until final deployment across sub-production and production environmentsCreate clear and concise technical documentation, technical design documentation, build/configuration documentation, and release notesWrite scripts using JavaScript to implement business logic and improve user experience; attention to detail is important in coding and configuring ServiceNow applications to ensure accuracy and reliability
Requirements
Undergraduate degree from a reputable University2-3 years of previous experience, in designing and implementing SaaS solutionsSolid foundation in programming languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS) and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive and detail-oriented approachProficient in MS Office SuiteEager to acquire ServiceNow expertise and pursue certificationsExcellent command of written and spoken English
