Hiring ServiceNow ITOM Engineer
Note-candidate must be either NATO cleared or willing to go through the NATO clearance.
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Role Type : Permanent
Experience-5-8 yrs Only
Required Skills
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules
- Hands-on MID Server experience
- Networking and OS knowledge (Windows/Linux)
- JavaScript and basic scripting (PowerShell/Shell)
- REST/SOAP API experience
- CMDB knowledge
- Flow designer
- Monitoring tool knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage ServiceNow ITOM modules: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration
- Configure and maintain MID Servers
- Perform CMDB management (CI modeling, normalization, reconciliation)
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, and workflows
- Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools(SolarWinds, OpsRamp etc.) and cloud platforms
- Troubleshoot Discovery issues
