Principal Full-Stack Engineer — Web & Backend

At Varicon, we're building production-grade systems on Python/Django, and we need a Principal Full-Stack Engineer to own that stack end-to-end — architecture, ORM, migrations, DRF, the works.

What You'll Do
Architect and build scalable full-stack applications on DjangoOwn backend, database, and API design decisionsLead code reviews and set engineering standardsMentor mid-level and junior engineersStay hands-on — write and ship code regularlyWhat We Need
8+ years of full-stack engineering experience, including 3-6+ years with DjangoStrong Django (ORM, DRF, migrations) and full-stack (JS, HTML/CSS) skillsProven experience architecting production systemsStrong SQL/database skillsMentoring or team leadership experienceNice to Have: AWS/GCP, CI/CD, FastAPI/Flask, AI/ML integration exposure
