Senior Collibra Data Governance Engineer

Job role: Senior Collibra Data Governance Engineer Work Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid) Mandatory skill required: Senior Engineer with deep technical expertise in Collibra, particularly across data catalogue, glossary, marketplace and workflow management capabilities, combined with a strong understanding of data governance processes. Data governance specialist with deep business experience in implementing, setting-up and rolling out Collibra at other large organization, preferably in a regulatory contract Key tasks/responsibilities: •Contribute to validating scope and summarizing MVP results for Collibra evaluation. •Support Collibra migration strategy development. Assess current state and propose migration approaches (assumption community-based approach.) •Together with internal specialists suggest and implement adequate Collibra configuration, workflows and set-up to ensure Collibra Out of the Box capabilities are leveraged while balancing to fit with client's data governance operating model and federated data ownership •In collaboration with the team and VDE architect, propose the best approach to migrate Registries into the new solution. •Drive migration execution. Guide implementation teams and ensure adherence to best practices. •Provide hands-on expertise. Configure, integrate, and troubleshoot Collibra components as needed. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, working closely with business stakeholders, data owners, and engineering teams. •Ensure knowledge transfer by upskilling internal team members to ensure sustainable ownership.
