Lead AI Developer

Role Description As the Lead Developer, you will report to the CTO, who is an accomplished AI expert. You will own the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our AI-driven real estate platform. You will design and build core systems, including data pipelines, ML/AI models, and customer-facing applications, while making foundational decisions about our technology stack and infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with the founding team on product strategy, translate customer and market needs into technical roadmaps, and iterate rapidly based on feedback and data. Over time, you will help recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Demonstrated mastery of RAG and AI development techniquesStrong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to define technical approaches, evaluate data sources, and validate product hypotheses.Effective Communication skills to collaborate with co-founders, explain complex technical concepts clearly, and engage with customers and partners.Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; exposure to real estate or proptech is a plus Compensation Equity ownership, with potential for some modest cash compensation, which will grow substantially upon seed round fundraise
