Junior Developer

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Developer to support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with technical teams to build reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions while continuously developing technical capabilities. You will assist in translating business and technical requirements into functional software solutions. Your responsibilities will include writing clean and maintainable code, developing application features, fixing bugs, conducting testing, and supporting software releases. You will also participate in code reviews, technical discussions, documentation, and troubleshooting activities. The role involves collaborating with developers, QA engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver software that meets functional and quality requirements. You will also contribute to improving existing applications, identifying technical issues, and learning new tools, frameworks, and development practices to support continuous improvement. QualificationsBachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.Basic understanding of software development principles, programming concepts, and the software development lifecycle.Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, or similar.Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and basic database concepts.Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.Basic knowledge of web technologies, APIs, databases, or application development is an advantage.Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills with good attention to detail.Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot code effectively.Willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, tools, and technologies.Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate in a technical environment.Ability to organize tasks, follow development standards, and meet project requirements.Proactive, curious, and quality-focused mindset with a strong interest in software development.Good command of English and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
