In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and building flexible, highly scalable sandbox infrastructure.
You will design for key requirements, such as:
Enabling first-class support for specialized softwareImproving telemetry and replay/rewind capabilitiesBuilding effective agent monitors for sandboxes to prevent reward hackingDesigning and implementing bespoke agent interfaces for specialized software
We are looking for engineers with:
A strong understanding of OS/SystemsExperience building complex production software, especially in a startup / AI lab environmentExceptional attention to detail
Compensation range: $200k - $700k base salary and substantial equity.
Our offers are consistently at the very top of market.
