Junior Developer

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Developer to support the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications and digital solutions. You will work closely with developers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable, scalable, and user-friendly solutions. You will participate in designing and developing application features, writing clean and maintainable code, integrating APIs and third-party services, and troubleshooting technical issues. You will also support software testing, debugging, performance optimization, deployment, and ongoing application maintenance. The role involves contributing to code reviews, technical documentation, version control, and development process improvements. You will work with team members to identify technical challenges, investigate issues, and implement effective solutions while following established coding standards and software development best practices. You will have opportunities to work with different programming languages, frameworks, development tools, and technologies. QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Good understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, or a similar language.Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and modern frontend or backend frameworks.Basic understanding of databases, SQL, and relational database concepts.Familiarity with Git or other version control systems and standard software development workflows.Understanding of software testing, debugging, deployment, and application lifecycle practices.Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to read and understand technical documentation and learn new programming languages, frameworks, and tools independently.Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams.Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, reliable, secure, and maintainable code.Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, or DevOps practices is a plus.Proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset with a strong willingness to learn, improve technical skills, and contribute to team objectives.
