Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at Kairo, you will design, build, and maintain web applications and internal tools that support AI red teaming workflows and security testing operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and integrating front-end interfaces and back-end services, implementing APIs, optimizing performance, and ensuring robust, secure data handling. You will collaborate with AI researchers, security engineers, and product stakeholders to translate technical needs into scalable software solutions, and participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation. This is a full-time remote role, offering flexibility while requiring strong ownership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, databases, and secure data handling practices.Experience with UI/UX and Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, such as version control (e.g., Git), testing, CI/CD, and code review processes.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.Interest in AI, security, or red teaming, with a willingness to learn domain-specific tools and methodologies.Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
