The Role
We're hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build and maintain the web applications behind Kairo's red teaming operations — the interfaces our researchers use to run scans, the reporting our clients read, and the services connecting them.
You'll design and implement front-end interfaces, build back-end services and APIs, and integrate data pipelines and AI tooling into secure, scalable systems.
You'll work directly with AI researchers and security specialists to turn technical requirements into reliable features, participate in code reviews, optimize performance, and hold a high bar for secure coding practices.
Because we're a small team, this role carries real design ownership.
You'll shape how complex security findings get presented — information hierarchy, interaction patterns, and the visual language of the product — not just implement someone else's mockups.
What we're looking for
Strong full-stack experience building and shipping production web applicationsBack-end depth: server-side frameworks, API design, and relational database modelingFront-end skill with modern JavaScript frameworks and CSSA design sensibility — you can take a rough problem to a clean, usable interface, and you care how the result looks and feels.
