Description

Full Stack Engineer. Kairo is an AI red teaming firm. We find vulnerabilities in AI models before attackers do, and we work with the companies deploying the most advanced systems in production. The role: Build the platform our red teaming runs on: backend services, APIs, and the interfaces that make attack results legible to researchers and clients. Deploy and scale inference infra on Baseten and AWS. Own problems end to end. What we're looking for: - Strong full-stack: Python, TypeScript, modern JS frameworks, real UI/UX taste - AWS in production; Baseten or similar model-serving infra a plus - AI background: LLM APIs, inference pipelines, evals - Security background: red teaming, pe - Fluent with Claude Code and agentic tooling, and can show us how it makes you faster
