Yes Position Summary Base-2 Solutions is seeking an Agile Developer 3 responsible for the full-stack development of cloud-based applications and microservices. This role supports application development, API and datastore integration, software modernization, and team leadership in an Agile environment. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Perform full-stack development of cloud-based applications and microservices. Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements. Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features. Debug existing software and correct defects. Integrate existing software into new or modified systems or operating environments. Develop simple data queries for existing or proposed databases or data repositories. Provide recommendations to improve documentation and software development process standards. Develop or implement algorithms to meet or exceed system performance and functional standards. Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components. Write or review software and system documentation. Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards, system flow, data usage, and work processes. Serve as team lead at the level appropriate to the software development process used on the project. Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance. Design, develop, and modify software systems using scientific analysis and mathematical models. Design or implement complex database or data repository interfaces and queries. Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph, with a CI Polygraph within the last 7 years. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. 9 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience. Experience with Java, JavaScript frameworks such as React, GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, and modern datastores including NoSQL, relational, and object stores. Demonstrated full-stack development experience across front-end, APIs, and backing datastores. Demonstrated experience with Spring Boot microservices, 12-Factor applications, JSON and/or BSON serialization, and CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Spring, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Swagger, and AWS managed services. Familiarity with system requirements decomposition, release planning, CI/CD, test frameworks and automation, Agile methodology, and FOSS/GOTS. Required Education and Experience Equivalency Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience. Master's Degree with 7 years of experience. PhD with 7 years of experience.
