Bilingual Full-Stack Developer and Artificial Intelligence Expert (Node.js/React)

Location: Remote within the United States Experience: Minimum 3 years Languages: English and Spanish AI Experience: Mandatory About the RolePrime AI Consultants is seeking a bilingual AI Full-Stack Developer with strong Node.js and React experience to develop modern applications and integrate them with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ERP platforms, production equipment, and other manufacturing technologies. This is an AI-first development role. The successful candidate must demonstrate practical experience using Claude, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or similar AI technologies to design, build, test, document, or improve real-world applications. You will work with our consultants and manufacturing clients to transform operational requirements into practical, reliable, AI-enabled solutions that improve production visibility, data collection, system integration, automation, and decision-making. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain applications using Node.js, React, JavaScript, or TypeScript.Use AI tools throughout the software-development lifecycle to accelerate delivery, improve quality, generate tests, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation.Develop practical AI capabilities for manufacturing, such as intelligent assistants, automated workflows, data analysis, recommendations, and natural-language interfaces.Integrate applications with MES, ERP, CRM, and manufacturing systems.Develop and consume REST APIs, web services, databases, and system interfaces.Capture and exchange production data between equipment, shop-floor applications, and enterprise systems.Work directly with manufacturing, operations, engineering, and IT teams to understand business requirements.Troubleshoot application, integration, data-quality, and performance issues.Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking clients and project teams.Required QualificationsMinimum of three years of professional software-development experience.Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React, JavaScript, or TypeScript.Experience integrating applications with Manufacturing Execution Systems or other manufacturing platforms.Demonstrated experience using Claude, OpenAI APIs, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or comparable AI technologies in real projects.Ability to provide proof of real AI use cases through a portfolio, application demonstrations, GitHub repositories, case studies, technical documentation, or detailed project examples.Experience building AI-enabled applications, workflows, agents, integrations, or automation—not only using AI for basic code generation.Experience building and integrating REST APIs and web services.Working knowledge of SQL databases and data-integration concepts.Understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, shop-floor data, and system integration.Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and remote-collaboration skills.Must be located and authorized to work within the United States.Preferred QualificationsExperience integrating MES with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems.Experience with OpenAI or Anthropic APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, function calling, structured outputs, or vector databases.Knowledge of industrial technologies such as OPC UA, MQTT, PLC connectivity, or equipment APIs.Experience with cloud platforms, Git, CI/CD pipelines, containers, and modern deployment practices.Experience working directly with manufacturing plants and shop-floor personnel.AI Portfolio RequirementCandidates must be prepared to present at least one real-world project demonstrating how they used Claude, OpenAI, or another AI platform to solve a business or technical problem. The presentation should explain the problem, the candidate’s role, the AI technology used, the solution architecture, and the measurable results achieved.
