As an SAP iXp Intern - Full-Stack AI Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing Generative AI applications within the SAP ecosystem. Responsibilities Assist in designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI applications within the SAP ecosystem, encompassing both front-end and back-end components. Develop innovative use cases such as intelligent agents, enterprise search solutions, content summarization, content generation, and workflow automation to enhance business operations. Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions utilizing embeddings, semantic search, and SAP HANA Cloud vector capabilities to improve data retrieval and model accuracy. Use SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP AI Core, and the generative AI hub to integrate and manage foundation models effectively. Design and optimize prompts, structured outputs, and model orchestration workflows tailored to enterprise business scenarios. Implement robust back-end services using programming languages like Python, Node.js, or Java, ensuring seamless integration of large language models with SAP and third-party APIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of AI solutions, contribute to code reviews, and participate in Agile development processes. Maintain a focus on security, scalability, and performance throughout all development activities.
