About The Role GrabJobs is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Java/ReactJS Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely from your home office, aligning with the Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining our Developer Portal, ensuring it meets high standards of usability, security, and accessibility. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless API integrations and enhance the portal’s functionality to serve our clients effectively. This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI), reflecting the sensitive nature of our projects and compliance requirements. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 4+ years of experience in ReactJS development within enterprise or federal environments. A strong background in Java and Spring Boot for back-end API integration is essential. Candidates must have hands-on experience with enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, including SSO, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, and RBAC. Additionally, a proven track record of ensuring Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 compliance for web applications is required. An active IRS Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) is mandatory for eligibility. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Responsibilities Build and maintain the Developer Portal front-end, including a searchable API catalog, documentation display, usage guides, access request workflows, and ensuring a Section 508-compliant responsive UI.Integrate the portal front-end with enterprise IAM systems and back-end automation workflows developed by KP2.Perform accessibility validation in accordance with Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 standards on all portal deliverables prior to government acceptance.Support usability testing, functional testing, regression testing, and security validation to ensure portal capabilities meet organizational and client requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and implement enhancements for the portal.Maintain documentation related to development processes, system configurations, and compliance standards.
