About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with over 10 years of industry expertise to join our dynamic remote team. Qualifications Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on JVM-based languages such as Java, Groovy, or Kotlin.Extensive experience designing and implementing microservice architectures.Proficiency with Kafka and other messaging systems.Solid understanding of agile development methodologies, with 1-3 years of active participation in agile teams.Experience with test-driven development, automated testing, and continuous integration.Familiarity with infrastructure, security, and deployment best practices.Scrum certification is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment. Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy high-quality code that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.Translate product backlog items into scalable, maintainable microservices following industry-standard agile practices.Estimate effort for user stories and participate actively in sprint planning and reviews.Create and maintain automated test scripts to ensure code quality and system reliability.Conduct unit testing and validate deliverables against acceptance criteria.Document technical specifications, system architecture, and deployment procedures comprehensively.Collaborate closely with product managers, infrastructure teams, security specialists, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.Follow best practices for software development, including code reviews, version control, and continuous integration.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
