Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical PM in Salesforce projectsStrong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Flows, Apex, and LWCExperience with Agile/Scrum, backlog management, user story writing, and acceptance criteriaKnowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft) and data migration conceptsFamiliarity with Salesforce Data Modeling, ETL/Data Migration, and Data GovernanceExperience with Generative AI/Agentic AI tools and Salesforce Einstein AI/AgentforceSalesforce Administrator certification (mandatory); Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certification preferred Roles & Responsibilities Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with business, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.Support integration, data migration, and platform enhancement initiatives.Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, and stakeholder communication.Leverage AI tools to improve story creation, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
