Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake)

Permanent | Hybrid (London - 2 days a week in the office) Salary up to £150,000 + bonus We're supporting a leading UK Wealth Management organisation as they continue a significant transformation of their Data & AI capability. As part of this journey, they're looking to hire two Senior Data Engineers to join a high-profile Portfolio Suitability programme, one of the most strategically important initiatives within the business over the next two years. This is a highly visible, regulatory-driven programme that will influence how the organisation serves clients, demonstrates suitability, and responds to increasing regulatory expectations. You'll have the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, investment professionals, and key stakeholders across the business. What You'll Be Doing Designing and developing scalable data solutions within SnowflakeDelivering Portfolio Suitability data products supporting client suitability, risk assessments and Consumer Duty requirementsBuilding investment data products covering portfolios, holdings, transactions, valuations and suitability outcomesEngineering reusable market data and benchmark data products for investment and analytics teamsWorking with Bloomberg, FTSE, Refinitiv, FactSet or equivalent market data providersImplementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and GitHub-based engineering practicesUsing AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude CodeDeveloping reusable Gold Layer assets and analytics-ready datasets for enterprise consumptionBuilding and maintaining data pipelines and transformation frameworks using dbtDesigning dimensional data models and Star Schema structuresContributing to a rapidly evolving Data & AI capability Essential Experience What We're Looking For Excellent commercial experience with SnowflakeExperience delivering data solutions within Wealth Management, Asset Management, Investment Management or Financial Services environmentsExcellent understanding of Star Schema / dimensional modellingStrong experience with dbtStrong SQL and data engineering capabilityStrong data quality, lineage and governance experienceExposure to market data platforms and financial data ingestionStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills If you'd like to learn more, please contact Jacob Ferdinand at If you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website.
