Job Responsibilities Contribute to key decisions for the design & development of an embedded space payload Write software in C++ or C for a space application Collaborate across sites and across disciplines to bring this new capability to life Efficiently respond to developing requirements Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status. Required Required Education, Experience, & Skills An existing Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearancePayload development experience on a satellite program6+ years of embedded software development experience, preferably with C++Strong written and verbal technical communication skillsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Familiarity with the RF and software-defined radiosSW Architecture experienceExperience creating automated build pipelines such as, gitlab, Jenkins, Ansible, & Atlassian toolsExperience with OpenC3's COSMOS (https://openc3.com/) Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
