Your responsibilities: The Product Application Engineer (PAE) position will be an expert in a specific product category - sealing technology.Your role will be to play a key role in actively communicating extensive technical knowledge to customers and delivering sales solutions. Consulting and upselling at the customer: - Analysis of technical processes with the client's engineering department- Development of customer-specific solutions- Establishing and deepening relationships with clients, cooperating with SalesTeams, Group Engineering and Group Procurement Product and solution training: - For clients and colleagues- Consultation on technical issues for clients and colleagues Administrative tasks: - Management of implemented projects Our requirements: Minimum requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent- Experience in working with clients- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the sealing technology industry- Ability to solve technical problems- Analytical way of thinking- Experience in working with CAD software- Knowledge of MS Office- English - level B2 (spoken and written)- Willingness to travel: >30% of working time- Driving license category B Preferred: - Sales and commercial skills in the proposed solutions- Experience in managing engineering and technical projects- Ability to present solutions- A dynamic person focused on solving problems with attention to detail- Existing network of contacts in the Polish engineering and OEM community- Experience in B2B sales, especially in the OEM channel What we offer: Interesting, challenging and ambitious work in a friendly environmentEmployment contract for an indefinite periodFixed salary and a motivating bonus systemA company car and company mobile for private useNecessary work tools for the office as well as home officeHealth and Life insuranceMultisport cardFlexible working timeTeam-building events and moreForeign language classes
