Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SharePoint Online development team, including mentoring, performance management, capacity planning, and recruitmentThe ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical contributions and solution designDrive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, business-focused SharePoint Online solutionsOwn and evolve the organization's SharePoint information architecture, ensuring an intuitive and effective user experienceBuild strong relationships and partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand needs, recommend solutions, and develop the SharePoint roadmapEstablish and maintain development, governance, and release management best practices to ensure reliable and efficient deliveryRun agile/scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional technology teams to ensure solutions align with organizational security, governance, and compliance standards Skills And Experience 5+ years of experience in senior SharePoint roles, with strong expertise in SharePoint Online development, architecture, and administrationDemonstrated experience leading and developing technical teams while remaining actively hands-onStrong understanding of SharePoint information architecture, site design, governance, search, permissions, and content managementExperience designing and implementing enterprise SharePoint solutions and workflow automationStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsExperience with modern development and deployment practices, including automation, source control, and release managementKnowledge of Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance best practicesExperience working within Agile delivery environmentsFamiliarity with Teams integration, Viva Connections, Microsoft Search, Microsoft 365 Copilot is considered an asset MyRewards@MNP With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
