What You’ll Do Design and operate platform-oriented core services that support high-scale distributed systems across OnePay’s product ecosystemDevelop internal developer tooling and shared infrastructure that improve velocity, reliability, and observability across engineering teamsBuild and evolve frameworks that support the construction and orchestration of agentic applications, enabling intelligent, automated workflows across productsDrive enhancements in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and developer workflows to increase deployment speed, reliability, and confidence across teams You Bring 2-9 years of experience in software engineering within fintech, cloud infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems environmentsExperience building developer platforms, internal tooling, or frameworks that enable other engineers to move fasterDeep expertise in distributed systems, asynchronous processing, and high-availability platform servicesProduction experience in AWS cloud environments and building cloud-native infrastructureDemonstrated experience designing and building agentic developer tools that empower automation, collaboration, or intelligent workflowsStrong experience working with CI/CD pipelines and driving continuous integration and delivery improvementsDrive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor Standard Interview Process Initial Interview with Talent PartnerTechnical or Hiring Manager InterviewTeam InterviewExecutive InterviewOffer!
