The primary focus of this role is on the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow workflows and capabilities to address complex business and operational needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing custom modules, maintaining platform configurations, integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, and ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, system administrators, and process owners, to design scalable solutions that improve business processes, enable automation, and enhance operational efficiency. The ServiceNow Developer will work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment to deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. All work must be performed on-site in Springfield, VA.
