Candidates should have proven expertise in designing production-grade AI systems, particularly those utilizing large language models, and a solid understanding of data infrastructure and API design. A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier university is preferred, along with coursework or practical experience in AI or ML. Soft skills such as excellent communication, high ownership mentality, customer empathy, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments are essential. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI agents that automate recruitment workflows and enhance candidate engagement.Prototype and iterate rapidly on AI-powered features using modern LLM frameworks and AI methodologies.Build and maintain robust backend systems supporting AI decision-making processes and enterprise-scale workloads.Develop and optimize production pipelines for large language models, ensuring high reliability and performance.Analyze customer data to generate insights, recommend actions, and improve AI agent effectiveness.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create intuitive user experiences with AI assistance.Evaluate emerging AI models, frameworks, and methodologies to determine suitable architectures for production deployment.Make strategic technical decisions related to AI architecture, backend infrastructure, and product roadmap.Improve system performance, scalability, and reliability of AI products in a high-growth environment.Participate in defining the company's AI strategy and contribute to innovative product initiatives from concept to launch.
