About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our innovative team at GrabJobs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-native applications that enhance our platform’s functionality and user experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in building scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot, coupled with modern JavaScript frameworks to create responsive, intuitive front-end applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, contributing to system architecture, technical documentation, and automated testing processes. Qualifications Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong technical background and problem-solving skills, with a focus on backend development and cloud integration. Required skills include proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RESTful API development, and microservices architecture. Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS, ECS/EKS, and CloudWatch is essential. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Ember, along with expertise in HTML, CSS/SASS, and Bootstrap for frontend development. Additional qualifications include experience designing automated tests using tools like JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Cypress, as well as database design involving stored procedures, DML, and DDL tasks. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes is required. A proactive attitude towards learning new technologies and integrating them into existing systems is highly valued.
