About The Role Qualcomm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join its CAD Infrastructure team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and scaling mission-critical engineering platforms utilized by thousands of engineers across various domains including CPU, DSP, AI, SoC, Physical Design, Verification, and Software organizations. Your primary focus will be on creating modern web applications, automation platforms, data services, and AI-enabled solutions that enhance engineering productivity and operational efficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across the entire technology stack—from crafting intuitive front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript to developing robust backend services with Python, Node.js, and related technologies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will influence architectural decisions, implement scalable solutions, and mentor junior engineers, contributing to Qualcomm’s ongoing innovation efforts. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development is required, with demonstrated expertise in full stack web application development. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Node.js is essential, along with experience designing and implementing RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Candidates should have a solid understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and distributed systems. Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB, is necessary.
