Job Description Process Engineer – automotive Responsibilities Lead industrialization activities for new production lines, equipment installation and process start-up in automotive thermal systems manufacturing Design, implement and continuously improve manufacturing processes related to CAB brazing, leak testing, ultrasonic inspection, washing and coating application Define technical requirements, prepare RFQs and coordinate suppliers for machinery, tooling and automation solutions Manage process readiness from prototype phase through PPAP and SOP ramp-up Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on productivity, quality, scrap reduction and OEE improvement Establish and maintain robust process documentation including FlowChart, PFMEA, LayOut, work instructions and process standards Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Supply Chain, R&D and Project Management teams to deliver business objective Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using structured problem-solving methodologies Ensure compliance with internal standards as well as customer, safety and environmental requirements Support product costing, investment planning and capacity analysis through detailed process input Lead prototype and pre-series builds including timing, equipment readiness and validation activities· Achieve costs of production on SOP phase according to the cost model Own manufacturing KPIs within assigned area including efficiency, scrap, downtime, CAPEX and capacity utilization Requirements Proven experience in industrialization, process launch and ramp-up within manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of thermal manufacturing technologies such as CAB brazing, leak testing, technical cleanless esurance, coating and traceability systems Experience in process validation, feasibility studies and supplier management Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools (VSM, SMED, Kaizen, line balancing) Experience with VDA, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and structured quality systems Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and customer requirements Experience in machine specifications, automation concepts and production layout design Working knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / VDA standards Experience performing and executing risk assessments Qualifications Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline 4+ years of experience in Process Engineering, preferably within automotive sector Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Results-driven, resilient and solution-oriented approach Effective communicator and collaborative team player Fluency in Polish and English Advanced MS Office skills Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% Valid driving license category B Interview Requirements And Candidate Privacy Notice All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
