Technical Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role • Define application wellness strategy and roadmaps to enable application and infrastructure modernization. • Actively manage technical debt across the enterprise technology stack. • Partner closely with application teams, enterprise architecture, platform engineering, security, and infrastructure teams. • Ensure solutions align with Enterprise Architecture standards while improving technology health, resiliency, and time-to-market. • Develop product strategy and vision, and create product roadmaps from ideation to launch. • Perform internal and external discovery for new and existing products, validating solutions with end users. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. • Minimum five (5) years of experience in product management, project management, IT consulting, product development, or business/system analysis. • Minimum two (2) years of experience working with agile teams, including familiarity with scrum ceremonies and agile best practices. • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role. • Experience defining and tracking KPIs and performance metrics. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve complex problems.
