Qualifications The ideal candidate will hold a completed education or degree in an IT-related field, such as a Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration, Anwendungsentwicklung, or an equivalent qualification. Strong programming skills are essential, with experience in at least one common programming language. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure / Entra ID platforms is required, along with a fundamental understanding of network and firewall technologies. Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction are vital, as is the willingness to learn new technologies and expand their skill set. Prior experience with scripting, APIs, databases, and cloud services will be advantageous. Responsibilities Develop and enhance custom software solutions and applications tailored to client needs and internal processes.Create interfaces and integrations with existing systems to ensure seamless workflows.Automate routine tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.Maintain and improve existing software and management solutions, ensuring stability and performance.Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within applications and systems.Implement innovative ideas to optimize internal operations and enhance customer services.Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, including user, group, and permission management.Configure and oversee Microsoft Azure and Entra ID services, ensuring secure and reliable cloud operations.Set up and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, and server configurations.Assist in the deployment and management of server, client, and cloud infrastructures.Provide technical support and consultancy to clients, guiding them through IT solutions and implementations.Participate in small-scale IT projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.Document technical environments, solutions, and workflows for internal and client reference.Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
