Develops and improves Suppliers to achieve business goals related to Procurement Supplier Quality Management.
This includes Supplier training on TechnipFMC's requirements, Quality Inspections at Suppliers' sites, analysis of Supplier performance and involvement on improvement process

Executes quality planning and actions, in accordance to the Supplier Quality programsTakes a lead in development, and quality improvement of assigned portfolio of TechnipFMC suppliersWorks together with the suppliers on quality problem solvingAudits/ reviews supplier manufacturing processes and proceduresDefines and executes training of suppliers to the TechnipFMC's processesProactively manages safety and environmental issues and ensures compliance to codes and standards.Attends Witness and Hold points on behalf of TechnipFMCPerforms inspections at the suppliers as part of source inspection and drop shipment processesExecute Enhanced Surveillance and Expediting processes at the suppliers
You Are Meant For This Job If You Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably with a specialization in Quality)Minimum 5 years of experience within a formal Management SystemGood knowledge of Quality Systems and regulationsTechnical competency of welding and NDE (VT, MT/PT, UT) Manufacturing work experience IWI/IWE certification is desiredOpenness to travel 80%-100% of the time
