Our platform combines e-commerce, automation, integrations, and enterprise workflows to make corporate gifting simple, measurable, and scalable. Our development team is increasingly using AI to build and ship software faster. Now we’re looking for someone who can help our QA practices evolve at the same speed. The Role: We’re looking for a hands-on Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in both manual QA and test automation, as well as recent practical experience using AI in the software testing process. This is a hands-on role. You will personally test new features, investigate issues, write and maintain automated tests, and work closely with developers - while also helping us transform the way we approach QA. As AI-assisted development accelerates our engineering cycle, we want to rethink how we approach quality: using AI-assisted testing, smarter automation, faster test creation, better coverage, and quality checks that happen throughout the development process rather than becoming a bottleneck at the end. We’re looking for someone who can lead this change by doing, not just by defining processes. What You'll do: Perform hands-on manual, exploratory, functional, integration, and regression testing of our platform.Build, maintain, and improve automated tests for our web application, APIs, integrations, and critical business flows.Own and continuously improve our QA and automation strategy.Introduce AI-assisted QA tools and workflows to help QA keep pace with AI-accelerated development.Use AI to accelerate test planning, test-case creation, automation development, exploratory testing, regression testing, and defect analysis.Work directly with developers to identify issues early and move quality checks earlier into the development lifecycle.Review requirements and new features for risks, edge cases, and testability.Investigate defects and perform root-cause analysis rather than simply reporting bugs.Determine the right balance between manual testing, traditional automation, and AI-assisted testing.Improve automated regression coverage and reduce repetitive manual work.Integrate automated testing into our development and CI/CD processes.Help us build a modern QA practice designed for a much faster, AI-assisted engineering environment. What We're Looking For Strong hands-on QA experience — this is essential.Strong experience with both manual testing and test automation.Ability to personally design, write, debug, and maintain automated tests.Recent, practical experience using AI tools in QA, test automation, or software development.Experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.Strong experience testing web applications and APIs.Good understanding of web technologies, databases, APIs, and modern application architecture.Experience with functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Ability to create effective test strategies and identify high-risk scenarios and edge cases.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.A mindset focused on improving and accelerating QA — not simply adding more process.Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with Engineering and Product. Bonus Points Experience using AI coding agents/tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar to build or maintain automated tests.Experience introducing AI-powered testing tools or workflows into an existing QA organization.Experience with SaaS, e-commerce, CRM/HR integrations, payments, or complex workflow-based platforms.Experience with performance, security, or contract/API testing.
