THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE
As a Forward Deployed Engineer (all genders) for clinical software solutions, you work at the intersection of sales, technology, and hospital operations.
You combine technical architecture expertise with an understanding of clinical and administrative processes and support customers from initial product presentations through ongoing projects.
Working closely with engineering, project and product management and sales, you develop customer-specific and technically feasible solution concepts.
YOUR TASKS
Providing technical support to the sales team throughout the entire sales cycleAnalyzing clinical, administrative, and technical customer requirementsCreating technical concepts, documentation, and solution descriptions for proposals and tendersDefining and aligning system architectures, APIs, and interfacesCollaborating closely with engineering, product, project and DevOpsActing as the primary technical contact for customers during sales and project phasesSupporting public and private tender processes
Your Qualifications
Completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualificationStrong understanding of APIs, interfaces, and system architectureKnowledge of core IT and infrastructure concepts (e.g.
cloud, on-premise, VPN, networking)Ideally, experience with clinical or administrative IT system landscapes in hospital environmentsStructured and analytical mindsetStrong German skills is a must and good English skills
