Description

Job description: ● Act as second-in-command to the Infrastructure Manager, supporting strategic and operational leadership across IT and infrastructure functions. ● Lead and manage a team of IT Engineers and Infrastructure Engineers, ensuring delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable systems. ● Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of core IT services including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and end-user systems. ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology best practices. ● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support projects, resolve escalations, and ensure infrastructure readiness for business growth. Requirements ● Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or coordination role. ● Strong technical expertise across networking, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), virtualisation, and enterprise IT systems. ● Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ● Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, Azure/AWS) are advantageous.
