The Role
We are looking for a mixed role of Developer and Data Analyst to join our small team to assist in supporting financial systems development and maintenance.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core MVC, and Web APIs.Create clean, maintainable, well‑structured code following best practices and coding standards.Develop queries, stored procedures, and data modelParticipate in system design, architecture discussions, and solution planning.Implement secure and scalable patterns, including dependency injection, configuration management, and logging.Integrate applications with databases, cloud services, third‑party APIs, and identity providers.Translate business requirements into technical solutionsDevelop additional features on existing applicationsInvestigate and resolve defects in the established systemDeliver operationally stable software and help to ensure uptimeAssist in month end close and compliance with internal controls, occasionally includes working evenings or weekendsAssist in coordinating monthly billing cycles and issuance of system generated invoice attachmentsConfigurate new billing modelsAnalyze large datasets to troubleshoot billing discrepanciesTake ownership of work and see it all the way through the software development life cycleHelp to define non-functional requirements and build systems capable of meeting themImprove automation of our CI/CD processesDeliver API enabled componentsMigrate legacy applications to the cloudProvide mentoring and support to junior developers.
What You’ll Bring
Technical skills:
Strong knowledge of Transact-SQL Strong knowledge of .NET/C# and ASP.NET WebAPI (or ASP.NET Core) Fluency in English German language knowledge is nice to have Experience with C#, TDD/BDD, SQL Server databases and REST/SOAP webservices.
Ability to create PowerBI/JasperReport reports Intermediate MS Excel knowledge At least 5 years of professional experience in all of the above
