Backend Tech Lead

## About the Role Svix is seeking a hands-on Backend Tech Lead to help scale its product and strengthen engineering team performance. This fully remote role combines hands-on backend development with technical leadership, architecture and decision-making, engineer mentorship, and improving the overall developer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience building and supporting high-scale backend systems, strong technical leadership capabilities, and familiarity with Rust, Postgres, and Redis.
