About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Manager (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Augsburg. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the development and success of our software solutions tailored for the healthcare industry. As a key member of our agile product management team, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from gathering market and customer requirements to delivering innovative features that meet the evolving needs of our users. Responsibilities Manage and prioritize product requirements by translating customer feedback and market needs into clear specifications, with a focus on data-driven features such as statistics, billing, and reporting.Conduct process analyses within the target user groups to identify improvement opportunities and optimize workflows.Create, maintain, and oversee the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and software architects to develop innovative solutions and ensure technical feasibility.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to validate product ideas, requirements, and strategies, maintaining transparency across the organization.Support the successful adoption and integration of software solutions by fostering cooperation among development, support, consulting, marketing, and sales teams.Ensure the long-term success and reliability of standardized software products throughout their lifecycle, considering the overall product portfolio strategy.Drive continuous product development based on market feedback, technological advancements, and regulatory changes.Monitor market trends, including regulatory updates and industry innovations, to inform strategic decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.
