About The Role We are seeking an experienced Lead Front-End Engineer to join our expanding team at Surefront. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable front-end solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering leadership and product teams to implement new features effectively and efficiently. As a key contributor, you will lead the development of our React/Redux single-page application, making critical decisions on architecture, design patterns, and front-end libraries. You will also be responsible for mentoring less experienced engineers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the overall quality of the codebase. This position offers the flexibility of remote work initially, with future opportunities to work from our California office once conditions permit. The role provides a unique chance to influence the company's technological direction while building innovative solutions that impact the retail industry globally.
