What You’ll Be Doing as an AI Strategy ConsultantOur team has defined data strategies, uncovered and refined use cases, reorganized and led high-performing data teams, and trained C-level leaders at large corporations. Increasingly, we also ensure that the strategy comes alive — managing multi-stream programs that span data platforms, governance, tool selection, AI pilots, and organizational design.You will be working on projects of varying length. Some are three weeks, some are one year, most are in between. Every project is different, as is every client. You'll work with the customer in teams mixed by Xebians and the client.
